This site collects the contact details and brief service descriptions you submit, appointment requests, and information you choose to provide through the client portal. These records are used to respond to requests and manage agreed services.
Sign-in is handled by ChatGPT. The application receives your authenticated identifier and account contact information to control access. Business records are stored using the site’s hosted database. Public marketing images are stored separately.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, tax returns, identity documents, or other sensitive financial documents here. Sensitive document uploads are disabled.
The site records aggregate page-view and inquiry counts without sending names, emails, messages, or financial information to analytics. Short-lived rate-limit identifiers help reduce abuse.
Consultation scheduling uses an embedded Cal.com booking page. Loading it connects your browser to Cal.com, which receives technical information and the booking details you submit. Cal.com manages its booking confirmations and calendar features according to the business account configuration. TJ does not automatically synchronize Cal.com bookings into this website’s database. Website inquiry emails and online payments are not connected.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information through the contact form. The owner must confirm a retention schedule and contact information before public launch. Backup copies may require separate handling. This draft must be reviewed against actual business practices before publication.
Non-sensitive document submissions: The client preparation page links to Google Forms. Opening that link connects you to Google. File uploads require a Google account; Google records the account name, email and photo, along with the form answers and uploaded files. TJ stores submissions in its private Google Drive for business review. These submissions are separate from this website database and are not automatically synchronized to the client portal. Do not submit tax returns, Social Security numbers, bank statements, identity documents, medical records, passwords or other sensitive financial information. Automatic retention/deletion has not been configured; the owner must review retention and deletion procedures before launch.
